At Miopaleo, our mission is to deliver exceptional human hair products alongside outstanding customer service. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free return process if a product doesn't meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns:

In consideration of the hygiene standards and the substantial demand for our products, all sales are deemed FINAL, and we do not entertain any requests for refunds under any circumstances.

Our return policy covers only unused, unaltered human hair products in their original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as received, with any hygienic seals intact, to qualify for a return.

Once an order is placed, our system initiates immediate processing. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any modifications to the order. This includes alterations to products, refund requests, changes in shipping methods or addresses, cancellations, and any other adjustments.

Timeframe for Returns:

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to commence the return process, allowing them to either receive store credit or proceed with an exchange.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at miopaleo.inquiry@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number in the return package.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for store credit or an exchange. Certain items, such as used or altered human hair products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We're proud of our product and stand by it with a 100% guarantee. Natural hair reacts well to basic care like washing and conditioning, and most issues can be solved by following our recommended care routine. However, if you find something unusual, let us know. Email our Customer Care Specialist to discuss any concerns.

Please be aware that actions such as using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, rinsing, cutting, removing hair from the weft, or any other processing of the hair will result in any chance for compensation, if it applies.

Store Credit or Exchange:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers are eligible store credit or an exchange, depending on the condition of the item. If the product doesn't meet expectations, Miopaleo commits to providing a fair solution.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified by Miopaleo. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned items.

Restocking Fees:

Miopaleo reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items, depending on the condition of the product. This fee covers the costs associated with handling and processing returned goods, including inspection, repackaging, and potential depreciation of the item's value. The restocking fee amounts to 15% of the total order value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance in resolving the issue.

Customers can cancel their order before shipment.
