Miopaleo Hair Warranty & Product Protection Policy

At Miopaleo, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality human hair extensions with exceptional density, longevity, and performance. Our extensions are made from real human hair, not synthetic blends or artificial fibers. Meaning they behave like natural hair and require proper maintenance and care.

To protect both our clients and the integrity of our products, we have created the following warranty and product protection policy.

This policy applies to all Miopaleo purchases.

30-Day Product Protection Policy

Miopaleo offers a 30-day product protection policy for eligible purchases.

To qualify:

• The hair must remain in its original packaging

• All original tags must still be attached

• Miopaleo must be notified within 30 days of the original purchase date

Eligible products may qualify for:

• Exchange

• Store credit

• Product review or defect evaluation

Please note:

• All sales are final once the hair has been unraveled, installed, chemically altered, cut, excessively manipulated, or damaged through improper maintenance.

• Due to hygiene and quality-control standards, Miopaleo reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product no longer meets eligibility requirements.

• Miopaleo does not offer refunds on hair purchases unless required by law.

Shipping & Delivery Claims

Any shipping-related damage, missing items, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for review or replacement.

Stylist Code Warranty Protection

Clients who purchase using a verified Miopaleo Stylist Code may qualify for additional warranty support through our certified stylist network.

This program exists to ensure the hair is professionally installed, evaluated, and maintained by extension specialists familiar with Miopaleo standards and luxury hair care.

Warranty Evaluations (Stylist-Code Purchases)

If you purchased using a verified stylist code and experience a concern with your hair, all warranty evaluations must be completed through a Miopaleo-approved evaluation process.

Evaluation Process

1. Schedule an Evaluation

Clients may be referred to a Miopaleo-Certified Hairstylist or approved virtual evaluation process.

2. Consultation Fee

• A $45 consultation fee is required

• This fee covers a professional inspection and assessment of the hair

3. Professional Assessment

The evaluation may include:

• Hair condition and texture

• Installation method

• Products and tools used

• Maintenance routine

• Signs of excessive manipulation or damage

Local & Out-of-State Clients

Miopaleo services both local and out-of-state clients.

For clients outside of our local stylist network:

• Evaluations may be completed virtually

• Additional photos, videos, receipts, or maintenance details may be required

• In certain cases, the product may need to be mailed back for inspection before a final decision is made

The same warranty standards apply regardless of location.

Warranty Eligibility

Eligible Concerns

If Miopaleo determines the product arrived defective or compromised prior to installation or misuse, the order may qualify for:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Store credit
  (subject to availability and approval)

Non-Eligible Concerns

The warranty does not cover issues related to:

• Improper installation or removal

• Excessive heat styling

• Harsh chemicals or salon processing

• Improper maintenance

• Product misuse

• Alteration after purchase

• Damage caused by third-party handling

Please note:
Miopaleo understands that gentle inspection and testing, including washing the hair for evaluation purposes, may occur. Washing alone does not automatically void eligibility. However, all claims are reviewed based on the overall condition of the product after professional inspection.

Additionally:

• Some shedding, dryness, and maintenance needs are normal characteristics of authentic human hair extensions and do not automatically indicate a product defect.

• Authentic human hair requires ongoing maintenance and may react differently depending on products, climate, installation methods, and personal care routines.

Claim Processing Time

Warranty evaluations and claim reviews may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on the nature of the claim and inspection requirements.

Miopaleo reserves the right to request additional information before making a final determination.

Final Determination

Miopaleo reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty, exchange, return, and eligibility claims.

Failure to follow recommended care instructions, provide requested documentation, or comply with the warranty process may result in denial of coverage.
