Because high-quality hair deserves high-quality care.
At Miopaleo, our mission is to provide luxury, true human-hair extensions with unmatched density and longevity. Our strands are naturally thick, full, and completely free of synthetic fibers, meaning they behave like real hair, because they are real hair.
Just like your own hair, premium extensions require proper maintenance and a consistent hair-care routine. Not every customer is used to working with high-density, raw human hair, so we’ve created a clear warranty process to support you.
This policy is effective immediately and applies to all eligible Miopaleo hair purchases.
Warranty Evaluations (Required)
If you experience an issue with your hair, all warranty evaluations must be completed through a Miopaleo-Certified Hairstylist.
How it works:
1. Schedule an evaluation
You will be referred to, or may select, a Miopaleo-Certified Hairstylist for an in-person consultation.
2. Consultation fee
• A $45 consultation fee is required.
• This fee covers a detailed inspection of the hair and a professional assessment of the issue.
3. Professional assessment
The stylist will examine:
• Hair condition and texture
• Installation method
• Products and tools used
• Overall maintenance routine
Warranty Outcomes
Based on the stylist’s professional evaluation:
A. Product arrived damaged
If the stylist determines that the product arrived damaged or defective:
• Your order qualifies for warranty coverage.
• We will replace your product free of charge with the same or equivalent item (subject to availability).
B. Issue due to care, maintenance, or installation
If the stylist determines that the issue is related (but not limited) to:
• Improper or inconsistent hair-care routine
• Incorrect installation or removal methods
• Use of non-recommended products or harsh chemicals
• Excessive or improper heat styling
• Salon treatments that compromise the hair
• Manipulation or alteration of the hair after purchase
Then:
• The hair does not qualify for replacement under the Miopaleo Hair Warranty.
• The stylist will educate you on the correct routine and products to help you get the best performance and longevity from your extensions.
Why This Warranty Is Necessary
Miopaleo extensions are crafted from authentic, thick-strand human hair, NOT processed fibers, mixed blends, or factory-made synthetics.
Because of this, please note:
• The hair can be altered by improper routines or neglect
• Certain salon treatments can permanently damage the strands
• Products and heat tools directly impact longevity
• Installation methods matter
• Hair can be intentionally or unintentionally manipulated after purchase
To protect our customers and the integrity of our brand, all claims are handled through a professional, documented evaluation to ensure every decision is fair, accurate, and consistent.
